How It Works

1. Discovery Call
We start with a free 30-minute conversation about your business, not about AI. What's eating your time? Where are you losing customers? What have you already tried? No pitch, no pressure — just figuring out if there's a real fit.

2. Audit & Planning
Once you're ready to move forward, we get to work - reviewing your current tools, and meeting with you to understand how customers move through your business, what your team's day-to-day looks like, and what "working well" means for you. You get a clear, written plan for what's worth automating and how we'll set it up.

3. Implementation
We set up and configure the tools ourselves, you're not left with a PDF and a "good luck." Whether it's automating follow-ups, scheduling, or customer inquiries, we handle the setup and test it with you before it goes live.

4. After Launch
Once things are running, you pay a set monthly fee for the software, that's it. If you want us to check in periodically or tune things as your business changes, that's available, but it's your call, not a package you're locked into.
